Euromed Creativity LAB - Co-Funded by Erasmus+
Our Euromed Creativity LAB training course continued with a sensory journey, celebrating the traditions, culture, and gastronomy of participants from 10 different countries during the Intercultural Evening. It was a delight to taste Italian pasta, Jordanian hummus, and join in Greek dances.
Check out our photos to see the incredible opportunities the Erasmus+ program offers to young people, connecting them and fostering a deeper understanding of diverse cultures.
During our training, we explored six approaches that youth NGOs can adopt to accelerate innovation:
Encourage creativity by fostering an inclusive team environment.
Promote creativity through thoughtful office design.
Provide freedom and flexibility in work processes.
Offer spaces for knowledge sharing.
Encourage self-reflection practices.
Support creative risk-taking among colleagues.
Do you know other ways to boost innovation? Share your thoughts in the comments!
As the Euromed Creativity LAB training course concludes, the project itself continues! We bid farewell after reflecting on the Youthpass key competencies developed throughout the course. Now, we’re ready to share our insights, non-formal education methods, and updates about the Erasmus+ program with our communities.
The Euromed Creativity LAB project is proudly co-funded through the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union. Contact us to learn more about opportunities for personal and professional growth!
